Although, I've done many jobs outside of the Phoenix Metro area like: Tuscan, Sedona, Heber Overgaard or even Las Vegas; we primarily work in the valley. If the job size permits... we can help still help you outside the metro area.
Although doing demo isn't the skilled part of our work, we prefer to take care of the demo because we know what the install will take. Example: if we install a shower and your then want shower glass doors installed, we want to first make sure that the wall is reinforced where the hinges would be placed etc.
Due to the commercial style use, these showers are used 10x more than a regular home. This requires alot of attention to detail to avoid water damage etc. From demo (including lowering the floor to create a no threshold transition and also install a large drain with the proper pitch / slope) to niche install, and even installing grab bars (which we would reinforce the walls with studs prior to laying tile). We can see the job completely through. We have done close to 100 shower "rooms" for Assisted Living.
Plumbers tend to have a bad reputation for sloppy work - although we are not plumbers and don't do drains etc. We will not start install if for example the drain is not centered, or if the shower head and the valve are not centered. We can make recommendations on plumbers that pay attention no problem. When the job is complete, symmetry matters and this is impossible if the plumber did not have symmetry in mind.
Because we don't outsource, you're job will not be lingering on and on. We do have many jobs however when we start your job... the only time you won't see us is if we need a few days for thinset to dry or if we're waiting around for a plumber or shower glass install etc. This is not a promise, this is a guarantee!
For most jobs under $10,000 we require 50% up front and 50% after the job is complete. For larger jobs we are able to do payments in 3 of 4 stages. For jobs referred personally by clients we've worked many jobs on... we are able to collect upon completion.
